MemberClose and RedStone Consulting Group Kick Off This Year's Solutions Theater Sessions

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – This year's Solutions Theater kicked off Sunday afternoon at the New Jersey Credit Union League (NJCUL)'s 84th Annual Convention and Meeting with Bob Delaney, Chief Operating Officer, and Bryce Jackson, Director of Sales, from MemberClose, and RedStone Consulting Group's Jim Bray.

MemberClose spoke with Convention attendees about saying "yes" to more home equity loans while saving time and money. They gave a live demonstration about how more than 200 credit unions, including over 20 in New Jersey, were able to generate over $75M in new loans and rely on bundled settlement solutions to more efficiently process all types of home equity loans.

RedStone Consulting Group's Jim Bray also led a live demonstration on the ACET Collaboration Portal and showed how it simplifies the complex process of exam preparation. Attendees learned how new automation can simplify and improve compliance with NCUA guidance, increase collaboration, and reduce the effort involved with preparing for NCUA's new Cyber Exam. Bray has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He brings in-depth knowledge of bank operations and knowledge of new technology and the impact that it will have on bank fraud operations and profits. He is backed by an exceptional background in sales in the technology and software development industries with a focus on solutions. He enjoys building long-term relationships by educating members on key industry issues and on innovation that increases their profitability and lowers risk.
