The students met in the school’s media center and were briefed on the experience. They were then set free in the library to use their customized budget worksheets to make financial, lifestyle choices while visiting the available booths.
With a little help from credit union volunteers from sponsoring credit union Members 1st FCU, area credit unions, and the League, students made life choices, filling out their budget worksheets, then sitting down with financial counselors to go over the experience.
