League Calls on U.S. House Delegation to Support “Budd-Correa” ADA Letter

The New Jersey Credit Union League has reached out the state’s U.S. House delegation members asking them to add their name to the “Budd-Correa” letter to Attorney General Sessions regarding Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Web site accessibility guidelines.

Assembled by Reps Ted Budd (R-NC) and Lou Correa (D-CA), the letter asks the U.S. Department of Justice to provide guidance and clarity with regard to website accessibility under the ADA.

Rep’s Leonard Lance (R-7) and Tom MacArthur (R-3) have already agreed to add their names and three other offices have confirmed they are reviewing the letter.

A similar letter sent October 31st was signed by 61 U.S. House members including Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-12).
