Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Chief Operating Officer

Atlantic Federal Credit Union currently has the following position available in our Kenilworth office:

Atlantic FCU is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill its Chief Operating Officer's position.  The COO reports to the CEO and oversees branch operations, member support services and marketing.  The COO will also work with the CLO (Chief Lending Officer) in developing the credit union's business line of products and services. 

 Education and Skill Experience

A four-year degree with a minimum five years’ experience in a similar role is required

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (oral and written communications), active listening, positive attitude, deportment

Good analytical skills

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs as needed

Heavy involvement in the strategic planning process

An active participant in ALCO
