First Commonwealth FCU is seeking a Senior Business/New Customer Development representative. This position requires a dynamic, high-energy professional to represent FCFCU in a highly-competitive financial marketplace. You will foster business-to-business and business-to-consumer relationships with First Commonwealth’s Select Employee Groups (SEGs) to significantly grow credit union memberships and expand product and service utilization to meet ambitious goals.
Primary responsibilities include establishing and fostering executive level SEG relationships; manage core SEGs strategically; identify, pursue and recruit new SEGs; leverage financial wellness/education tools for SEGs; and execute key initiatives to significantly grow members and product/service utilization.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, social media, and a reputable CRM tool is essential. Knowledge of the fundamentals of banking, financial services delivery, web-based technology, along with the principles and practices of effective marketing, are vital.
Exceptional public speaking and networking skills are critical to this position. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must possess exemplary organizational skills and demonstrate ability to collect and analyze data/problem solve. Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word-processing is essential. Must be proficient in MS Office, Internet and e-mail.
Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or commensurate work experience and 3+ years of experience in a financial service institution or sales is required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field experience is strongly preferred.
