Manville Area FCU is seeking a General Manager. Duties include: Provide members a financially secure institution with stable growth and profitability, while offering affordable lending programs. Maintain the security of member’s deposits and offer quality personal service at a reasonable cost. Execute bylaw provisions with respect to audits and examinations. Abide by the latest changes in consumer protection laws, all state, and federal regulations pertinent to the credit union.

Location:

 Manville, New Jersey – Somerset County

Salary Range:

 $65,000 to $72,000 commensurate with experience also

 Benefits for employee and children are 100% paid by MAFCU.

The ideal candidate will report to and receive direction from the Board of Directors, possess excellent communications, marketing skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in the credit union industry with a minimum of 2 years management experience.  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or accounting strongly preferred.
