South Jersey Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Beanch Manager at their Pleasantville, NJ location

Assistant BRANCH MANAGER

Assists the branch manager with the operation of a credit union branch office according to established policies and procedures, which includes, but is not limited to, development and discipline of branch employees, conducting audits, maintaining staff schedule, participating in staff meetings and contributing to the attainment of established individual and branch sales and membership growth goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the execution of branch operations such as but not limited to: ordering supplies and cash for branch, scheduling staff for adequate coverage, and assisting MSRs with servicing members during peak times.
  • Resolves escalated member issues within authority level assigned.
  • Executes various supervisory duties such as but not limited to:  approving timecards and requests for time off, coaching and training staff in sales techniques, product/service knowledge, lending or general performance, and addresses behavioral issues in conjunction with or in the absence of the branch manager.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
