Can’t Make it to CUNA GAC? Here’s How to Follow the Action

For those unable to join the more than 5,000 credit union leaders at this year’s CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC), it’s possible to follow along the conference via social media and other channels. CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle’s keynote address will be streamed live online, and attendees will be on social media using the #CUNAGAC hashtag.

Attendees and those following the event are encouraged to follow CUNA’s TwitterFacebook, and Instagram, and via the hashtag #CUNAGAC.

Nussle’s Monday morning keynote address will be streamed live on CUNA’s Facebook page, starting at 9:30 a.m.

To watch:

  • Login to Facebook.com with your account credentials;
  • Visit CUNA’s Facebook page at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 11;
  • Engage with the live steam by sharing the link and submitting questions, comments and likes in the feed.

The link to the Facebook Live recording will also be tweeted out on @CUNA.

After the general session ends Wednesday afternoon, credit unions from all 50 states and the District of Columbia will head to Capitol Hill to tell their stories about the credit union difference.

Participants from CUNA, leagues and credit unions will be using the hashtag #CUDifference.

The Daily e-mail will go out at its normal 5 a.m. time each day with a recap of the previous day’s events, a look ahead at the upcoming day’s activities and in-depth coverage of updates from the general and breakout sessions.
