FED Accepting Applications for Community Advisory Council

Application are now being accepted for the Federal Reserve Board’s Community Advisory Council (CAC). The CAC was formed in 2015 to offer diverse perspectives on the economic circumstances and financial services needs of consumers and communities, with a particular focus on the concerns of low- and moderate-income populations.

The CAC meets semiannually with members of the Board of Governors in Washington and consists of at least 15 members. The Board will select members in the fall of 2019 to replace current members whose terms will expire on December 31, 2019. The newly appointed members will serve three-year terms beginning January 1, 2020.

Applications are now being accepted and must be submitted by May 31, 2019.

Appointments will be announced in the Fall.
