South Jersey FCU Employees donate to the Alzheimer’s Association

DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. — On August 2, 2017, South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) employees presented a check in the amount of $2,000 to Effie Murphy, Program Coordinator from the Alzheimer’s Association. The donation was made on behalf of the SJFCU employees’ “Charitable Journey” program and will be used for Alzheimer’s research and services in the Delaware Valley.

“Charitable Journey” is an employee-sponsored charity program. South Jersey Federal Credit Union employees can nominate a worthy organization to receive the monetary donation. A new charity is selected each quarter and funds raised by employees. As an incentive to donate, SJFCU employees who contribute are permitted to dress down for charity on Fridays.
