Jim joined JMFA with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies, operations, project management and new product implementation across multiple industries. His background includes leading new product development efforts for major national companies, executing new market development strategies to enhance brand awareness for financial institutions in the Northeastern U.S., and directing breakthrough initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve customer retention for clients.

Prior to joining JMFA, Jim was associated with Deluxe Financial Services, where he was named a sales leader in 2012 and 2013. Jim was also with Automatic Data Processing, Inc.; Genesys Software; Kronos; Exact-Stroke, Inc. and Ceridian.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Norwich University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Clarkson University. He received Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute, Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification from the American Payroll Association.
