South Jersey FCU Names Kathleen Heid as Vice President of Human Resources & Training

DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. – South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) announced that Kathleen Heid has joined the credit union as Vice President of Human Resources and Training. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with more than 30 years’ experience in banking and financial services.

Based out of the credit union’s Deptford headquarters, Heid will be responsible for developing and implementing consistent human resource processes, programs, and policies. She also has extensive and successful experience in organizational development, compliance, recruitment and staffing, diversity, employment law, performance management, employee relations, and training and benefits programs.

Previously, she served 10 years as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at First Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Eatontown, New Jersey where she implemented the institution’s application tracking system, developed its training manual, and created a career development program for staff.

Heid earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
