Leading the Way: NJCUL Named One of Five National Providers of ComplySight Compliance Consulting Services
in League Initiatives
By: David Frankil, NJCUL President/CEO

Many of you are familiar with ComplySight, the all-in-one Web-based compliance tool offered by NJCUL in partnership with League InfoSight and CUSolutions Group (NJCUL serves on the League InfoSight Board). It provides everything from content, tracking, reports, regulatory alerts, and more— basically everything you need to organize a comprehensive compliance program.

As effective as ComplySight is, surveys conducted by CUSolutions Group showed that users wanted more—in particular, more help with managing compliance in general, and in implementing and using ComplySight.

That feedback prompted an in-depth strategic discussion of how to evolve ComplySight by offering compliance consulting services in conjunction with the system, to truly provide a comprehensive solution for credit unions. Not only will this help existing users be more efficient at the compliance process, it may also help prospective clients that have been concerned about the in-house expertise needed to effectively use ComplySight.

I’m proud to say that our own New Jersey compliance team, led by Vice President, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs of Nicola Foggie, has been selected to be one of only five chosen firms that will offer national consulting services on the ComplySight platform.

Those of you that are already taking advantage of our Shared Compliance program and related solutions already know the quality of our team and the work they do. Kudos to Nicola, Shared Compliance Manager Donna Pancoast, and Shared Compliance Specialists Sabrina Forano and Evelyn Shyposh for the great job that they do helping our members stay compliant.

As part of our 2017 strategic initiatives, we significantly extended the range of compliance solutions offered by our NJCUL team. Now we will be able to offer that expertise more broadly to other credit unions through audits, education and training, and more.
